How do I get a fancy host mask?
Custom hostmasks can be requested by /msg hostserv request (mask). You must have a name registered with nickserv. Your mask will be activated as soon as an IRC operator approves it, and will automatically turn on when you identify. See /msg hostserv help for more information.

Where can I get help?
plate and sponge currently run the network. If the problem does not require an oper's assistance, you can usually just ask anyone in #chat, although you're likely to end up with links of bizarre goat fetishes.

Join the Facebook group, and get the word out! Invite all your friends, as long as they don't eat all the food and throw up all over the place.
